Family ties play part for freshman wrestler

Breaking into the wrestling world for his first season, freshman Connor Gusick has found that family plays a key role for “mat men.”

“My grandpa and my mom encourage me,” Gusick said. “My uncles were in wrestling when they were little, and my mom was pretty into watching and supporting them. My mom’s entire side of the family is nothing but wrestling.” Read the rest of this entry »
