Steve Skaer is a qualified, professional and influential teacher. 2025 is Skaer’s last year bestowing his math knowledge upon. Skaer had made plans to get his own website up and running known as “Math is not Skaery.” He initiated the plan for this website to provide the ability for students to gain help with their math and capability to understand it, so even after his retirement he is still helping educate students. With the interest and values, he has with his students in mind Skaer said that the highlight of his time as an educator at CMR was based around the sentimentality of teaching his students.
“Honestly, as sentimental and cheesy as this sounds, all the kids that I worked with over the years.” The website is still in the development stages, but soon it will be chock full of videos, tutoring and other forms of assistance with math.

Skaer helped students develop in their sports such as girls’ soccer where he has the position of the coach and a sprint coach, specializing in the 400-meter dash. for the Rustlers, taking students on recovery runs and helping develop block starts for sprinters. Skaer expresses his interest and care for these sports as he does everything, he can help Rustler athletes.

Skaer entrusts his responsibilities as the head of the math department to Joe Agostinelli, and a new teacher from North Middle school, Zach Stimac will come to be a new teacher to fill in for Agostinelli as he moves into his new position. Agostinelli prepares himself as he prepares for his first year of teaching calculus. Skaer’s retirement from teaching leads to him studying for a new position of work in airport assistive services.
