International Dinner

On Nov. 1 students taking foriegn language classes and foreign exchange students got together to eat food from their
cultures. Recipe corresponds to picture.
Norwegian Cake
Ingredients:
3 egg whites
2.5dl sugar
17 grits crackers
1.5 ts baking powder
How to:
Mix the egg whites and sugar. Crush the grits crackers and mix in the walnuts. Add the grits and walnut mix to the sugar and egg white mix. Cook in the oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Add whipped cream and fruit on the top
