If you reserve your book now, your name will be on the distribution list, and books can be picked up on distribution day. Due to the coronavirus and the temporary closure of the printing plant in Kansas City, the date when books will be available has not yet been set. Every book purchased in advance will receive a complementary plastic book cover.
