Senior Isabel Foley, the editor in chief of the 2023 Russellog yearbook, was named the Montana High School Journalist of the Year by the Montana Journalism Education Association. She receives scholarships from the Montana Newspaper Association and the University of Montana School of Journalism, where Foley intends to begin her studies in the fall. Foley will be presented with her award at the May 4 High School Journalism Day at UM in Missoula.
