Family, friends and staff members gathered outside C.M. Russell High School on Sept. 13 to honor Austin Wanner. A tree was planted for Wanner, who would have been starting his senior year in the fall of 2011. Wanner, a member of the Rustler football squad, died in a car accident two months ago. His family members and friends helped plant the tree.
