Girls dive for five

The probability of two teams sharing a state championship title in most sports, is zero. Someone has to win a basketball, football, or volleyball game, and only one team gets to come home with a trophy. However, the probability of a tie in a swimming state title, is so low in fact, most people did not consider it’s chance of happening until after the CMR girls swimming team finished first, with 187 points, sharing the title with the Helena High Bengals. Featured, Coach McNamee, cheers after his team won the 400 freestyle, securing the title for the fifth straight time, and overcoming a tight 161-155 deficit.
