Climbing the well worn steps of a school bus, CMR’s criminal justice class sit in their seats, restlessly waiting to arrive at the airport where Homeland security keeps the planes and helicopters.
The criminal justice class at CMR went to the homeland security office in Great Falls, MT Tuesday 16 during sixth and seventh period.
The office has a large hanger that houses some very popular planes and helicopters used to secure the border between America and Canada.
“My favorite helicopter was the Black Hawk,” Senior Nina Bird said.
The Black Hawk is a straight black helicopter Homeland Security uses to chase down those who cross the border without consent.
Bird says she feels safer knowing the helicopters and planes are used to protect the borders and keep an eye on what’s crossing.
