Hallett shares Blackfeet traditions with Rustlers

Indigenous Education teacher Kylan Hallett shares Blackfeet teepee traditions with members of the period 5 Introduction to Journalism class on Sept. 22.

Kylan Hallett, an Indigenous Education instructor with the Great Falls Public Schools, spent the Sept. 20-24 Native American Week sharing traditions and stories with Rustlers from all curricular areas. Hallett invited classes to visit the teepee that is set up on the west side of CMR. He presented information about teepee traditions, and he answered questions from students.
