CMR Principal Dick Kloppel was surprised by the entire student body and all staff members Wednesday as more than 1600 people gathered around the school and cheered him on as he headed to the annual Senior Celebration in the fieldhouse. Kloppel is retiring this year after 15 years as CMR’s principal and 45 years in education.
